房地产视觉营销是多学科交叉的研究领域。房地产视觉营销具有地域性、展现多样性、综合性、时效性等特点。实施房产品牌视觉营销应注重塑造独特、优质、易于识别的品牌形象,打造个性的销售空间,为消费者建构舒适的消费体验。
Abstract:The visual marketing of real estate is a multidisciplinary research field and this marketing is characteristics of regionalism, diversity, comprehensiveness and time effectiveness. It is thus necessary for the implementation of this marketing of real estate to pay more attention to the shape of a unique, high-quality, identifiabIe brand images and create personalized marketing space for consumers to enjoy the leisure consuming experience.
