摘要
目的:建立小牛血去蛋白提取物浓溶液中的钠离子和钾离子的定量测定方法。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法,以氯化铯为电离抑制剂,于589.3 nm处对钠离子含量进行测定;在766.5 nm波长处测定钾离子含量。结果:钠、钾离子线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.8%、100.2%。结论:该方法操作简便,重现性好,灵敏度高,可用于小牛血去蛋白提取物浓溶液中钠、钾离子的测定。
Objective: To establish a determination method for sodium and potassium ions in deproteinized calf blood extract concentrate. Methods: Sodium and potassium ions were determined at 589.3 and 766.5 nm using a- gent caesium chloride as masking agents by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: The linearity of sodium and potassium ions was good. The average recovery rates of them were 99. 8% and 100.2% , respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple,rapid and accurate,which can meet the requirements for the determination of sodium and potassium ions in deproteinized calf blood extract concentrate.
