摘要
以白羊草成熟种子为外植体,研究了适宜白羊草分化培养基的激素组合和活性炭在白羊草生根阶段的诱导作用。结果表明:MSB+6-BA 0.1mg/L+NAA 0.04mg/L利于胚性愈伤组织的保持和分化;在生根试验中,添加活性炭2g/L的2号处理能明显提高白羊草的生根率及根长。
Taking mature seed of Bothriochloa ischaemum as explant, saitable callus differention of different hormone concentrations, active carbon oll root production of Bothriochloa ischaemum MS medium were discussed. The results showed that the culture medium of callus differentiation was MSB+6-BA 0. 1 mg/L+NAA 0. 04 mg/L;root production were improved in the active carbon 2 g/L.
