摘要
由于化学阻化剂是通过破坏煤的活性官能团而进行的,所以化学阻化剂有可能改变煤的基本性质,影响煤的使用价值。针对这一问题,本文从煤样微观结构变化、热量变化和指标气体变化三方面对其展开研究,得知阻化剂对煤样处理后并没有改变煤的基本结构,只是破坏了煤中活性较高的基团,生成了一些比较稳定的基团,在低温下对煤样有较好的阻化作用;在高温下阻化煤样的产热量与原煤样基本一致,煤样经化学阻化后基本不影响煤的燃烧产热量;阻化剂随着温度的升高对煤样的阻化效率逐渐降低,不影响煤在高温条件下的使用。综合分析得出,化学阻化剂基本不影响煤炭的性质及使用价值。
Due to chemical inhibitor destroys the activity of functional group of coal, so the chemi-cal inhibitor could change the basic properties of coal and affect the coal value. This paper studied this problem from three aspects, including the changes of microstructure, heat changing and indexgas changing. The results showed that inhibitors coal after treatment did not change the basic structure of the coal. However it destroyed the higher activity group and formed more stable group. There is good barrier effect for coal at low temperature. At high temperature, the heat productionof coal samples with basically the same as original coal samples. Coal samples after chemical resistance does not influent the heat pro- duction. Inhibitor efficiency gradually reduces with the increasing of temperature. Therefore it does not affect the use of coal at high temperatures. Comprehensive analysis showed that chemical inhibitor does not influence the nature and value of coal.
