摘要
针对大同煤矿集团资源整合矿井煤层自燃火灾严重且火区位置不明的情况,研究建立了小煤窑火区探测成套技术体系,划分了上部煤层综放面采空区的自燃"三带",开发了注氮与注气雾阻化剂一体化防灭火技术。同时,为了保障上部煤层综放面的安全生产,建立了煤氧化自燃生成标志性气体预报模型,达到了很好的火区治理效果。
In view of serious coal spontaneous combustion and undefined fire area location in resource integrated mines of Datong Coal Mine Group, a set of fire area detecting system was set up for small colliery, "three zones" for coal spontaneous combustion in goal of upper coal seam were determined. Moreover, nitrogen combined with inhibitor aerosol injection was developed for fire prevention and extinguishment. Additionally, the forecasting model was built for index gases formed by coal oxidation and spontaneous combustion, achieving good fire control effect.
