摘要
多年来，我国成人教育的课程存在诸如忽视成人教育特点，以学历为导向，结构不合理，内容陈旧等问题。新形势之下，更是面临市场经济、终身教育、素质教育、知识经济的挑战。据此，作者提出以下改革措施：一、确立成人教育课程建设目标；二、调整成人教育的课程结构；三、按综合课程组织新的课程类型；四、加强教材建设。
For many years,there are many problems on the courses for adult education.such as ignoring the character of aduct education,guided by to educational background,unreasonable education frame work,and obsolete content.In the new situation,the adult education is confronted with the challenge of market economy,lifelong education,quality education and knowledge elucation.We therefore put forward the following reform measures.First:set a goal for the course construction for adult education;second:regulate the course framework for adult education:Third:organize new courses classification according to compreheasive courses Fourth:strengthen the course construction.
