摘要
研究从临床轮转中科室培训形式、临床轮转角色、培训模块等不同角度对第一届北京市全科医师转岗培训学员进行了培训需求调查。结果显示:培训学员更倾向于选择具有全科特色的专科-全科联合教学查房,更注重临床基础的学习和临床思维的培养,更需求社区常用的临床技能集中培训。提示作为全科教育管理者应该整合培训模式,建议针对不同的培训目标,采用具有全科特色的多层次教学形式。
To explore the first class of trainee of general practitioners for converting work station in Beijing and to request about training model, the role in clinical cycle, and training form in clinical departments. It has been found that trainees are inclined to unite teaching ward round of specialists and general practitioners as the model for general practice and learning of clinical practice, and development of clinical think- ing. They have more requests of focusing training of common clinical skills in community medical practice. It indicates that mangers for general practice education should integrate the training model and adopt multi - level teaching with general practice for different goals.
