摘要
目的建立胃健宁胶囊中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的检测方法。方法色谱条件为C18色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(60∶40∶1)(V∶V∶V);流速:1.000 mL·min-1;检测波长:294 nm。结果胃健宁胶囊中和厚朴酚在0.02~0.32μg(r=0.999 6)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.58%,RSD为1.78%(n=9);厚朴酚在0.019 6~0.313 6μg(r=0.999 8)范围内线性关系良好,厚朴酚的平均回收率为97.29%,RSD为1.39%(n=9)。结论该方法简便,准确度高,可有效控制胃健宁胶囊的质量。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of honokiol and magnolol in Weijianning Cap- sules. Methods The separation was performed on the Cm column with acetonitrile -water- acetic acid(60:40:l ) (V:V:V) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 000 mL ·min^(-1). The detection wavelength was 294 nm. Results There was good linearity between the peak areas and concentrations in the range of 0. 02 -0. 32 μg( r =0. 999 6)for honokiol and 0. 019 6 ~ 0. 313 6 μg(r = 0. 999 8)for magnolol,respectively. The average recovery rates of honokiol and magnolol were 96. 58% ,RSD was 1.78% ( n = 9 ) and 97. 29% , RSD was 1.39% ( n = 9 ) , respectively. Conclusion This method was simple and reliable, it can be used for the quality control of Weijianning Capsules.
