摘要
从广东省高职院校食品类专业设置的现状入手,分析其存在问题,并通过科学规划专业设置的整体发展、完善校企社政深度合作型人才培养模式的建设、优化适合食品专业岗位技能需求的课程体系、加强"双师型"师资队伍建设和融合生态创业教育的实践基地建设等措施来完善食品类专业的发展,以更好地适应广东产业升级。
Problems of the current situation of food specialty in higher vocational colleges of Guangdong province are analyzed in this paper. Solutions are also provided in order to improve the quality of the construction of food specialty, such as planning the overall development of major setting scientifically, improving the construction of school-enterprise cooperation in talent training mode, developing the curriculum system for the food professional post skills, enhancing the construction of "double type" teachers and the fusion of ecological entrepreneurship education practice base construction, etc.
