间歇性加压灌注法在输尿管镜治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨间歇性加压灌注在输尿管镜治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石中的作用。方法对45例嵌顿性输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术,术中利用注射器进行间歇性加压灌注来保持视野清楚,提高手术成功率。结果 45例患者中,40例经过行输尿管镜一次粉碎或取出结石,5例输尿管上段结石碎屑冲入肾盂,发生输尿管穿孔11例,输尿管黏膜撕裂3例,发热6例。结论间歇性加压灌注是输尿管镜治疗嵌顿性输尿管结石有效辅助手段,具有操作简单、效果明显的优点。
