摘要
为满足潜艇潜望镜支撑系统轴承的使用及工作环境对润滑脂提出的较宽使用温度范围、低启动力矩、良好的防护性、长寿命的要求,研制一种综合性能优良的聚脲基润滑脂。研究基础油组成、稠化剂结构、添加剂类型对润滑脂成脂性能、高低温性能、高温寿命等性能的影响,并对润滑脂配方进行筛选。结果表明,采用两种合成烃类油混合制备的基础油兼具良好的高低温性能以及与稠化剂的相容性;采用己二胺与两类不同结构的单胺制备的四聚脲稠化效果最好,且润滑脂稠度能满足使用要求。与海洋环境用S-81复合铝基脂的综合性能的比较表明,制备的聚脲基润滑脂的性能可以满足潜艇潜望镜支撑系统轴承的综合使用要求。
The greases used for submarine periscopes bearing should possess the comprehensive properties of wide temperature range, low starting torque, good corrosion-protective performance and long service life according to the working condition of submarine periscopes bearing. A polyurea based grease can be used for submarine periscopes bearing was prepared, the effect of base oil, thickener structure and additive on the properties of grease was studied, and the composition of grease was optimized. The results show the mixture of two different synthetic hydrocarbon oils possesses both good high-and-low temperature performance and compatibility with thickener. The tetraurea pre- pared by hexanediamine and two different monoamines has excellent thickening performance, and the consistency can satisfy application re- quirements. The as-prepared grease was compared with S-81 aluminum complex grease, indicating that it could satisfy the application re- quirement of submarine periscopes bearing.
