为了对丝杠热变形误差进行实时控制 ,在丝杠尾部安装传感器实时测量丝杠的热伸长值 ,利用神经网络建立了该伸长值与丝杠螺距补偿值之间的关系 ,从而消除了热伸长引起的非线性丝杠螺距误差 .
A transducer was installed on the tailstock of the lead-screw grinder to measure the thermal deformation of high precision lead-screw.The relationship between measurement and compensating errors was established by use of the theory of artificial neural network, the non linear pitch error of leaderew, caused by thermal deforming, can be eliminated by neural network model conpensation.
