摘要
为解决海底管道节点涂敷的施工技术难题,研制了全自动密闭循环喷砂除锈装置,除锈等级可达Sa2.5级以上;应用中频感应加热设备固化底漆,加热均匀稳定,提高了热收缩带安装速度;开发的高密度开孔聚氨酯填充工艺,保证海底管道涂层的整体性;分析了现场施工关键质量控制因素,并提出预防措施;开展工艺评定试验,接口涂层耐阴极剥离等性能满足设计要求。该工艺已成功用于工程项目中,保障了海管长期运行,可有效减少维修成本。
In order to solve the construction problem with submarine pipeline field joint coating, a set of auto closed cycle ab- rasive blasting systems had been developed, which can reach a standard of above Sa2. 5 cleaning. The intermediate frequency in- duction beating equipment has been used to consolidate the base coating and improve the surface temperature as well, whose heat- ing was even and stable, and it has improved the speed of heat shrinkable sleeve installation. The development of high-density open cell polyurethane filling technology has ensured the integrity of the submarine pipeline coating. Through the analysis of on- site construction of key quality control factors, this paper proposes the preventive measures. After pre-qualification tests, coating properties such as cathodic denudation all meet the requirements. The technology has been successfully used in projects, which is a guarantee to long-term pipeline operation and can help decrease the maintenances cost.
