摘要
简要综述了基于功能可靠度的结构全寿命设计理论研究的重要意义和研究现状，针对结构全寿命过程 中不同阶段的特点，指出了今后应重点研究的几个问题．
The importance and state-of-art of the research of performance reliability-based design theory are summarized. It is stated briefly that some key-problems should be studied from now on in view of the special characteristics of different period in the whole service life of strictures.
