摘要
结合设备制造实际 ,针对目前奥氏体不锈钢和碳素钢构成的复合钢板在焊接工艺方面存在的缺陷 ,提出有效的改进措施 ,确定了新的焊接工艺 ,消除缺陷 ,使其更有利于实际操作。经过设备运行检验 ,本文的焊接工艺合理 ,焊接质量满足设计要求 。
Considering defects in conventional welding techniques of austenitic stainless steel carbon steel composite plates,the present work has provided effective improvements. It is more favourable to utilise a new welding technology overcoming the defects.Through the run inspect of equipments,results show that the new welding technology is rational and the welding quality can meet the requirements for design ,being a valuable reference for welding the plates of this type.
