摘要 目的探讨SPECT/CT同机图像融合诊断隐匿性骨折的价值。方法回顾性分析54例隐匿性骨折患者的SPECT/CT资料,所有病灶均以病理学诊断或6个月以上的影像学随访为最终诊断结果,依据病史及影像学资料对隐匿性骨折进行分类,观察其影像学特征。结果 54例中,SPECT/CT诊断隐匿性创伤骨折或隐匿性骨内骨折12例,发现病灶58处;疲劳骨折6例,发现病灶8处;衰竭骨折36例,发现病灶72处。结论 SPECT/CT能在明确诊断骨折的基础上作出分类诊断,有助于隐匿性骨折的早期诊断及鉴别。 Objective To explore the value of SPECT/CT fusion in diagnosis of occult bone fractures. Methods SPECT/CT data of 54 patients with occult bone fractures confirmed by 6-month follow-up or pathology were retrospective- ly analyzed. Occult bone fractures were classified according to date of imaging and clinical history, and SPECT/CT charac- teristics were observed. Results Among 54 patients, SPECT/CT image fusion found 12 cases (58 lesions) of occult trau- ma or intraosseous fractures, 6 cases (8 lesions) of fatigue fractures and 36 cases (72 lesions) of failure fractures. Conclu- sion SPECT/CT can make definitive diagnosis and classification of fractures, having certain value in early accurate diagno- sis and differential diagnosis for occult bone fractures.
