Luminal型早期乳腺癌辅助治疗后远期复发的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 早期乳腺癌(Ⅰ~ⅢC期)的复发高峰集中在术后2~3年(即近期复发),但是不同分子亚型复发模式存在差异[1]Luminal型乳腺癌临床上表现为雌激素受体(ER)阳性,和(或)孕激素受体(PR)阳性,约占所有乳腺癌的60%~80%.一项涵盖近10 000例患者的荟萃分析显示:Luminal 型早期乳腺癌在术后前5年的预后优于激素受体阴性的患者,而在诊断后5~15年,Luminal型乳腺癌的预后则相对较差[2],且近50%的复发出现在5年辅助内分泌治疗结束后(即远期复发)[3-4],有的甚至出现在术后几十年,正确认识远期复发意义深远.本文将综合阐述影响Luminal型早期乳腺癌辅助治疗后远期复发的最新研究进展.
