摘要
为测定滨海天然卵石混凝土的性能,研究骨料形状对混凝土性能的影响,就滨海天然卵石和普通碎石混凝土性质提出了新的比较条件一同坍落度和同水泥用量.并在此条件下配制了不同强度的混凝土。通过比较卵石和碎石混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度和疲劳强度,从静力强度和动力强度方面表明,滨海天然卵石混凝土的抗压强度提高0.5%-10.7%,疲劳寿命延长35.8%-76.6%,抗折强度提高-2.2%~8.1%,说明滨海天然卵石混凝土的静力性能和疲劳性能良好,在水泥混凝土路面和承受动力荷载的混凝土构件中,卯石混凝土具有显著的疲劳强度优势。
In order to test the performances of coastal natural gravel concrete and study the effects of aggregate shape on the performance of concrete, the new comparative conditions such as the same slump and cement content are put for- ward between natural gravel and common stone concrete. The different strengths concrete are prepared under this condi- tion. Through the comparison such as the compressive, flexural and fatigue strengths, the static and dynamic strengths show that under this condition, the compressive strength of coastal natural gravel concrete can improve 0.5%-10.7%, fa- tigue work life can prolong 35.8%-76.6%, and the ilexural strength can improve -2.2%-8.1%, which can be proved that the static and fatigue performances of coastal natural gravel concrete are well. In the cement concrete pavement and dy- namic loading concrete components, the gravel concrete has obviously fatigue strength advantage.
