摘要
目的 :了解进驻高原不同海拔高度不同居住时间健康青年血清性激素的变化情况 ,探讨激素与高原低氧的关系。方法 :对从平原进驻海拔 370 0m和 5380m高原第 7天及半年的4 0名某部官兵 ,用放射免疫分析法进行血清睾酮 (T)和雌二醇 (E2 )检验 ,并以高原居住半年返回平原 1个月的 2 0名青年及从未上过高原的 2 0名青年作对照。结果 :进驻海拔 370 0m和 5380m第 7天 ,T分别为 (6 .17± 2 .10 ) μg·L 1和 (2 .72± 1.72 ) μg·L 1,较平原对照的 (16 .58± 4 .4 4 ) μg·L 1降低非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;E2 分别为 (2 1.4 4± 8.36 ) μg·L 1和 (10 .2 5± 4 .2 6 ) μg·L 1,较平原对照的(43.39± 12 .10 ) μg·L 1也降低非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。进驻海拔 370 0m和 5380m半年后T分别为(10 .6 0± 2 .89) μg·L 1和 (5.81± 2 .6 9) μg·L 1,略有回升 ,但仍显著低于两个对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;E2分别为 (30 .2 1± 9.84 )ng·L 1和 (2 0 .38± 8.77)ng·L 1也比两个对照组低 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5)。结果表明 ,进驻高原低氧环境 ,T、E2 均较平原对照组降低 ,且随海拔高度的升高而更加降低 ,随居住的时间延长而有所回升。返回平原 1个月后 ,T仍低于平原对照组 (P <0 .0 5) ,E2 则恢复到平原对照水平。结论
Objective:To observe the sex hormone changes in serum of healthy young men under various altitude conditions so as to explore the relation between sex hormone and altitude hypoxia.Methods:Levels of testosterone(T) and estradiol(E 2) in serum were examined by using RIA in 40 healthy young officers and soldiers who stayed at the altitude of 3 700 m and 5 380 m from sea level on the 7 th day and after 6 months. 20 young men never stayed at the altitude and 20 young men who stayed at the altitude for 6 months then came back to sea level for 1 month were as the controls.Results: The levels of T at 3 700 m and 5 380 m vs. that at sea level on the 7 th day were (6.17±2.10)μg·L 1 and (2.72±1.72)μg·L 1 respectively vs.(16.58±4.44)μg·L 1 (P<0.01);the levels of E 2 were(21.44±8.38)μg·L 1 and (10.25±4.26)μg· 1 respectively vs.(43.39±12.10)μg·L 1 (P<0.01).After staying at 3 700 m and 5 380 m for 6 months,the levels of T were (10.60±2.89)μg·L 1 and(5.81±2.69)μg·L 1 respectively, slightly rose but still lower than both control groups(P<0.01,P<0.05);the levels of E 2 were(30.21±9.84) ng·L 1 and (20.38±8.77)ng·L 1 respectively, also lower than both controls(P<0.01,P<0.05).The results indicated that T, E 2 levels were decreased under altitude hypoxic environment, and decreased more when the height of altitude was increased. Moreover, T and E 2 levels somewhat rose as staying prolonged. After came back to sea level for 1 month, T was still lower than that of sea level while E 2 restored to that of sea level control.Conclusion:Hypoxia may play an important role in decreasing body sex hormone level at high altitude.
