摘要
运用耗散结构理论分析轨道交通司机胜任力系统,并构建轨道交通司机胜任力系统模型框架,为探讨轨道交通司机胜任力提供了一种新的视角和方法。研究发现,形成和维持胜任力系统耗散结构的重要条件是系统内部的不断调整与重构。系统内部各要素与不断变化的轨道交通组织外界环境间的不断调整与重构,将使轨道轨道交通司机胜任力系统不断从低序走向高序,从无序走向有序,从而不断提高胜任力水平。本研究为明确轨道交通司机胜任工作所需具备的能力素质提供了分析依据。
This article explores the competence system of railway transportation drivers by means of the dissipative structure theory and then constructs a model of this competence system in the hope of providing a new perspective and approach for studying the competence system of railway transportation drivers .The findings show that the key to form and keep the dissipative structure of the competence system is the continuous adjustment and reconstruction within the system .In specific ,the continuous adjustment and reconstruction among the elements within the system and the constantly changing external environment of the railway transportation organization could en-hance the level of the competence system from lower order to the higher order and from disorder to orderliness .This study provides the basis for clarifying the capability and quality that railway transportation drivers need for being competent in their job .
