摘要
目前,我国高校人力资源管理课程的教学中存在教师专业素质低,课程设计难度大,缺少必要的制度保障等问题。本文针对该门课程教学中存在的问题提出了三项建议,希望能推进人力资源管理课程的进一步发展。
At present, there are some problems existing in China's Human Resources Management course, such as teachers" low professional quality, difficulties of curriculum design and lack of necessary reform and security, and so on problems. This paper gives us there pieces of advice for problems on the course, hoping to promote further development of Human Resources Management course.
