摘要 介绍了双组分超细纤维的生产方法以及各自的特点;对比了橘瓣型纤维和海岛型双组分纤维非织造材料的生产技术;详述了橘瓣型双组分非织造材料的开纤方法,探讨了各种开纤工艺的优势和不足;分析了橘瓣型双组分非织造材料在过滤领域应用的可行性。指出随着熔喷和静电纺丝超细纤维过滤材料的应用以及过滤材料和超细纤维结构的研究深入,橘瓣型双组分非织造材料在过滤领域的应用将进一步拓宽。 The production processes and characteristics of super fine denier bicomponent fiber were introduced.The production technologies of segmented pie and islands-in-the-sea bicomponent nonwovens were compared.The splitting technologies of segmented pie bicomponent nonwovens were described.Their advantages and disadvantages were discussed.The feasibility of segmented pie bicomponent nonwoven as a filtration material was analyzed.It was pointed out that the application of segmented pie bicomponent nonwovens would be further enhanced in the filtration field due to the application of melt-blown and electrospun super fine denier fibers as filtration materials and the structure research of filtration material and super fine denier fiber.
