摘要
为了探讨神经内科青年进修医师临床教学的方式、方法以及效果,本文结合首都医科大学宣武医院培养神经内科青年医师的独特经验进行分析,从接收准入制度、岗前培训、多种形式的教学等方面进行阐述,着重阐明了教学查房中以问题为中心教学方法的应用,这种方法能够促进神经内科青年医师掌握正确的学习方法并形成良好的习惯;同时,在临床教学中注重人员组合的优势互补,并强调分析和总结。经过上述综合方法的临床教学,使神经内科青年进修医师在分析和解决问题方面有很大进步,收到了理想的临床教学效果。
To investigate the ways, methods and results of clinical teaching for young refresher doctors of neurology, this paper analyzes the unique experience of Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University in training young neurolo- gists, describes receiving access system, pre-job training and other forms of teaching, and expounds application of problem-based learning methods in teaching rounds. This approach can promote young neurologists to master the cor- rect learning method and form good habits, meanwhile pay attention to complementary advantages of staff portfolio in clinical teaching and emphasize analysis and summary. Employing the above integrated approach, young neurologists make a great progress in analyzing and solving problems as well as have a satisfactory effect in clinical teaching.
