摘要
面对市场对光电信息技术类人才需求的增加,原有的人才培养模式需要做大的改变。为了培养出满足社会需求的高层次人才,文章分析国内外卓越工程师的培养模式,并依据天津大学光电信息工程专业具备的特色和培养目标,对本专业的人才培养模式进行了系统探索与实践。
To meet the enterprises＇ requirements of large amount of optoelectronic information excellent engineers,the training model of the discipline of optoelectronic information engineering in Tianjin University must be improved. In this paper, a suitable training model of excellent engineer for optoelectronic information engineering in Tianjin University is pre- sented based on analyzing the training model and the problems of domestic and foreign existing engineering education.
