摘要 以中国南海番禺35-1气田为例,分析冷井启动工况产生低温的流动保障问题。对阀后背压、开阀时间等影响重启低温的敏感因素进行分析,揭示其内在规律,并阐明了流体温度与管壁温度存在差异的原因,对其他类似气田水下生产系统启动低温分析具有借鉴作用。 PY35-1 gas field in the South China Sea is used to analyze flow assurance issue of low temperature in cold well restart-up operation.Sensitivity analysis has been done for low tempera-ture in cold well restart-up operation,for example,the back pressure of choke and time of choke open.Reveal the inherence rule and clarify the reason of differential between fluid temperature and wall temperature.It is reference for analysis of low temperature in other similar subsea pro-duction system restart-up operation.
