摘要
首钢京唐钢铁厂在曹妃甸新建2台烧结机面积为500m^2的烧结厂。总体设计采用先进、成熟的工艺技术和大型化的技术装备,突破传统冶金工程的长流程工艺布局,实现短流程紧凑式布置。应用烧结机和环冷机台车栏板加宽技术,为烧结矿增产、降低单位产量能耗创造条件,实施厚料层烧结。从2009年5月投产以来.烧结生产设备运行稳定,烧结料层厚度达到830mm,烧结矿碱度合格品率为99.71%、转鼓指数为81.79%.工序能耗(标煤)为47.70kg/t,远低于同期国内钢铁企业和韩国浦项光阳厂烧结工序能耗,达到国内一流、国际先进水平。
Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Plant has built the sintering plant with two 500m2 sintering machines at Caofeidian Port,whose overall design adopted advanced process technology and large-scale equipments,broke through long process flow layout in traditional metallurgical projects and realized short process flow with compact arrangement.Widening side plate of sintering machine and annular cooler were used to create conditions for increasing production capacity and lowering energy consumption of unit production.Since starting in May 2009,the equipment has been running smoothly with sintering bed depth of 830 mm in sintering production.The qualification rate of sinter alkali reached 99.71%and the drum index was 81.79%.The process energy consumption was 47.70kg/t which was far less than that of domestic iron and steel enterprises and Posco Kuangyang,Korea at the same period,and reached first class level domestically and internationally.
