摘要
本文在总报酬模型基础上,从五个激励维度出发,运用相关分析和因素分析的方法,深入剖析了研究对象知识型员工的激励因素及其作用效果。结果表明:总报酬模型能够较好地适应中国情境,基本上涵盖了知识型员工激励的重要因素,重要程度排序根据中国本土知识型员工实际略有调整。
This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of five incentives to knowledge workers.The results show that the total compensation model applies better to the situation of China and that the model includes the major incentives by and large although the order is slightly adjusted in light of the local situation of knowledge workers in China.
