摘要
本文使用DA108M1C-81FZ8压缩机在高频和低频运转范围内测试并分析其与输入功率、排气压力、吸气压力等的关联,并对不同频率下系统制热量、COP等进行测试分析。研究表明:在保持同一测试工况下,低频范围内25Hz作为一个低频节能峰值点,而在高频范围内85Hz作为一个高效运行峰值点;压缩机不同频率对于制热量的大小影响较大,随着频率的增加制热量随之增加;对COP的影响有两个抛物峰值,分别在低频和高频范围出现,即系统部分负荷的COP在一定的频率范围可以达到最大值,运转频率增大到一定程度后会系统性能降低。
This paper uses DA108M1C-81FZ8 GMCC compressor of the experiment in the high frequency and low frequency test and analysis the association with of the input power, exhaust pressure and suction pressure. Test and analysis the system heating capacity, COP in different frequency. Research shows that: keeping in the same test conditions, 25Hz of the low frequency range is as a low frequency energy-saving peak point, while 85Hz of the high frequency range is as an efficient operation peaks. Different compressor frequency has a greater influence on the size of the heat, and heat increases with the increasing of the frequency. The influences of the COP appear two parabolic peaks, respectively in the low and high frequency range. The system part load COP in a certain range of frequencies can achieve maximum, then will reduce the system performance.
