摘要
目的调查护理专业本科毕业生择业效能感和专业自我概念状况,并分析自我概念对择业效能感的影响。方法采用自制一般资料调查问卷、大学生职业决策自我效能感量表、护理专业自我概念量表,对206名2012届护理专业本科毕业生进行调查。结果护理专业本科毕业生择业效能感总分为(144.66±23.46)分;护理专业本科毕业生的护理专业自我概念总分为(91.27±10.35)分,总体较为积极,其中技能均分最高,而满意度均分最低。分层回归分析显示,自我概念的技能和满意度2个维度对其择业效能感有正向预测作用(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理专业本科毕业生自我概念对其择业效能感有影响,学校应培养护理专业本科毕业生积极的专业自我概念,提高其择业效能感,帮助他们更好地做出职业决定。
Objective To investigate the status of professional self-concept and career decision-making self-efficacy among undergraduate nursing students,and to analyze the influence of professional self-concept on their career decision-making self-efficacy.Methods A survey was conducted among 206 undergraduate nursing students by using a self-designed general information questionnaire,Professional Self-concept of Nurses Instrument and Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale.Results The total score of career decision-making self-efficacy was (144.66 ± 23.46).The total score of professional self-concept was (91.27 ± 10.35).The score of skill was the highest,and the lowest was satisfaction.The result of hierarchical regression analysis showed that skill and satisfaction were significant predictors of career decision-making self-efficacy (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).Conclusion Professional self-concept can influence undergraduate nursing students'career decision-making self-efficacy,schools should train nursing students' active professional self-concept to improve their career decision-making self-efficacy,heip them make better occupation decision.
