摘要
目的探讨"银医一卡通"信息系统在外科门诊护理管理中的应用与效果。方法应用"银医一卡通"信息系统为门诊患者提供预约挂号、分时段就诊、费用发生地缴费等诊疗服务。结果 "银医一卡通"信息系统应用后患者对外科门诊的满意度提高(P<0.01),患者在诊区的候诊时间缩短(P<0.01)。结论 "银医一卡通"信息系统的应用可优化诊疗流程,缩短患者等候时间,提高患者的满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effects of "bank-medical card" information system in nursing management of outpatient clinics.Method The "bank-medical card" information system was used to provide appointments registration and arrangement for patients,and pay the fees at the occurred place.Results The patients'satisfaction were increased (P < 0.01) and the waiting time was reduced after the application of "bank-medical card" information system (P < 0.01).Conclusion The "bank-medical card" information system can optimize the process of diagnosis and treatment,reduce the waiting time for patients,and increase patient satisfaction.
