摘要 近年来,许多导电高分子复合材料已使用碳纤维作为增强体,采用化学镀是改善碳纤维的表面性质的一种很有前途的改性方法。综述了碳纤维表面化学镀的种类,详细地叙述了碳纤维表面预处理技术、化学镀工艺及现阶段国内外研究状况,总结了碳纤维表面化学镀存在的问题及发展趋势。 In recent years, many conductive polymer composites have been produced using carbon fiber as rein- forcements. The electroless plating process is a very promising modification method to improve the character of the surface of carbon fiber. The different kinds of electroless planting on surface of carbon fiber are introduced. The pre- treatment process of carbon fiber, process of electroless planting and domestic and foreign research situation are dis- cussed in detail. Additionally, the existing issues about electroless plating on surface of carbon fibers in relevant fields and future research trend are summarized.
