摘要
通过梳理国内企业竞争情报评价的相关文献发现,目前研究主要集中在竞争情报质量评价、情报软件和系统评价、竞争情报人员能力评价以及竞争情报工作绩效评价等几个方面,缺少针对企业竞争情报成果的评价。基于国内外竞争情报评价的相关研究成果,从分析企业竞争情报成果的类型及特点入手,引入模糊集合理论,从内容性、可用性、应用效果、用户满意度4个方面构建包含11个二级指标的评价体系,结合专家调查法从定性和定量相结合的角度对企业竞争情报成果进行模糊综合评价,并通过实验证明该评价方法的适用性。
The current research of evaluation on competitive intelligence in China focuses on the quality, the soft- ware and system, the personnel capacity of competitive intelligence, and little is known about evaluation on competitive in- telligence works for enterprises. Based on the research of evaluation on competitive intelligence at home and abroad, the paper summarizes the kinds of competitive intelligence works for enterprises. Introducing the theory of fuzzy sets, it con- structs an evaluation index system from 4 aspects of content, availability, effect and customer satisfaction, including 11 secondary indexes. Based on 2 rounds of expert survey, the paper evaluates on competitive intelligence works from the per- spective of combining qualitative and quantitative methods, and demonstrates the applicability of the evaluation method through experiments.
