摘要
目的:观察麦冬多糖对NOD小鼠颌下腺的保护作用。方法:给予NOD小鼠麦冬多糖灌胃,并设置羟氯喹阳性对照组,最后用ELISA法检测相关血清细胞因子,并对小鼠的颌下腺做HE染色,用RT-PCR法检测颌下腺IFN-γ与IL-10mRNA的表达水平。结果:和模型相比,麦冬多糖能降低颌下腺淋巴细胞浸润度,并可修复Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡。结论:麦冬多糖对NOD小鼠颌下腺具有保护作用。
Objective:To detect the effect of Ophiopogon japonicus on submandibular glands in NOD mice.Methods:Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharides(OJP) was administered and hydroxychloroquine was served as positive control.Serum cytokines were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Histological changes in the submandibular glands (SMG) were examined by hematoxylin and eosin (HE) staining.The messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) expression of gamma-interferon (IFN-γ) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) were measured with RT-PCR method.Results:Compared to the model mice,the extent of the histological changes of the mice administrated with Ophiopogon japonicus was ameliorated,the Th1/Th2 cytokine imbalance was remedied.Conclusion:Ophiopogon japonicus could protect the submandibular glands in NOD mice.
