摘要 在现场误差测试时,如果标准设备与被测互感器相距较远,传统互感器校验仪需连接较长二次测试线,所形成的二次负荷严重影响测量精度;传统接线方式复杂,容易人为出错。为解决以上问题,本文基于无线通信技术提出一种互感器校验仪,被测与标准互感器之间无需连接二次线,采用直接测量法计算被测互感器的比值差与相位差。本装置在现场进行了试用,测试数据与传统校验仪基本一致,准确度等级达到0.05级,满足对0.2级及以下互感器的校验要求。 When field error testing is conducted, traditional transformer calibrator needs to be connected with test lines if the standard and the tested transformers are set far apart. The secondary load caused by the connection seriously affects the measurement accuracy, and the traditional complex wiring method is prone to human operation errors. To solve the above problems, this paper puts forward the transformer calibrator based on wireless communication technology, which uses direct measurement method to calculate the ratio error and phase difference of the measured transformer. On-field test of the instrument shows that the test data is in accordance with traditional calibrator, and the accuracy satisfies the standard of 0.05 class transformers. Therefore, the proposed calibrator meets the requirement of calibrating 0.2 class(and the following) transformers.
