摘要
结合某省网电能质量实时监测数据以及电网和牵引负荷的参数,统计计算各监测点的单项电能质量指标,并基于因子分析和统计数据,构建并定义了三个电能质量综合因子:综合电流因子、综合电压工频因子、综合电压低频因子。在三个电能质量综合因子的基础上,对各监测点进行电能质量综合得分计算和基于模糊C均值聚类。将研究时间段内各个监测点的电能质量状况进一步分类为"良"、"好"、"一般"、"较差"和"差"五类。在相同的平台上获得一致的可参考的评价结果,实现对电气化铁路监测点的动态评价。不仅为以后电能质量的统一管理提供依据,而且为将来电能质量的规划治理提供参考。
Using the power quality real-time monitoring data of a certain provincial grid and the parameters of the grid and traction load, individual power quality indicators at each monitoring point are statistically calculated. Based on factor analysis and statistical data, three integrated power quality factors are constructed and defined, namely integrated current factor, integrated voltage power frequency factor and integrated voltage low frequency factor. With these factors, the power quality comprehensive score and fuzzy C-means clustering for each monitoring point is calculated, and the power quality status of those monitoring points in the study period is classified as five categories of"excellent", "good", "fair", "poor" and "worse". Consistent reference results are obtained on the same platform, and dynamic evaluation of electrified railway monitoring points is achieved. The research provides not only the basis for future unified management of power quality, but also a reference for future planning and governance of power quality.
