摘要 T310井位于济阳坳陷惠民凹陷中央隆起带T家构造带T305断块区沙三下构造高部位。该区块在沙三中、沙三下及沙四段泥页岩井壁的稳定问题特别突出,已钻井T305井、T斜307井的钻井过程中均出现了严重的井壁垮塌现象,并引起了一系列的复杂情况,甚至无法正常完井。而今年来国内外对高性能有机胺类钻井液的研究较多,室内试验充分的证明了该类钻井液对抑制泥岩水化、稳定井壁效果明显。本文通过对该区块的地质特性的分析及有机胺类(聚胺)的防塌机理进行简要分析,并结合该井的现场应用,为高性能有机胺类(聚胺)钻井液的进一步的研究、应用及推广提供参考。 T310 is located in T305 fault block of Tianjia structural zone which is in the central uplift zone of Huimin sag in Jiyang depression. Its target zone is the structural high zone in lower Sha3. The stability of sidewall of medium & lower Sha3 and Sha4 in this block is especially serious. A sharp sidewall collapse phenomenon appeared in the process of drilling the T305 and the T 307weUs, and caused a series of complicated conditions, even unable to completion. Now years study of the high performance organic amine drilling fluid is more at home and abroad, lab tests fuUy proved that the drilling fluid has an obvious inhibiting effect of shale hydration,stabilize borehole wall. This article analysed the geological characteristics of the block and the mechanism of collapse prevention of the organic amine drilling fluid (Polyamine drilling fluid), combined with field applications of the wells, provide a reference opinion for the reference of further research, application and promotion of the high performance organic amine (polyamine) drilling fluid.
