摘要
卓越绩效模式是现代全面质量管理(TQM)的实施框架和评价准则,它适用于追求卓越的各类组织。针对我国医院导入卓越绩效模式时所遇到的过程管理方面的问题,通过对GB/T19580-2012《卓越绩效评价准则》中"过程管理"类条款的阐释和举例,具体论述了医院导入卓越绩效模式时过程管理各个阶段的应对策略,以帮助医院深入理解过程管理的条款要求。
Performance excellence model is an implementation framework and evaluation criteria of modern total quality management (TQM). It is suit for all kinds of organizations pursuing of excellence performance. According to the problems in process management introducing performance excellent model, by analyzing and describing the Process Management Part of GB/T19580-2012, strategies in all management links when introduces performance excellent model are discussed to better understand the requires for process management.
