摘要 目的研究非梗阻性不育患者精子膜超微结构的改变,探讨非梗阻性不育患者精子膜超微结构缺陷对男性不育的影响。方法利用透射电镜对临床非梗阻性不育患者新鲜精液标本中精子膜的超微结构进行观察。结果在电镜下,发现该不育男性患者精子多存在质膜、顶体外膜和/或顶体内膜等畸变,膜结构呈多形态超微结构异常的现象,此外,精子核、颈部和线粒体、微管等超微结构也存在病理性改变。结论精子膜超微结构畸变是非梗阻性男性不育原因之一。 Objective To explore the inlfuence of sperm membrane ultrastructure damage on the non-obstructive infertile male. Methods After embedding the fresh semen from one case of infertile male, using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to observe the sperm plasma membrane, outer acrosomal membrane , inner acrosomal membrane etc. Results Under the electron microscope, the defects of plasma membrane, outer acrosomal membrane and inner acrosomal membrane in the semen sperm of this infertile man were examined, with some of other abnomal spermultrastructures observed, such as defects in the sperm acrosome, nucleus, neck, mitochondrial and microtubules. Conclusion The non-obstructive male infertility is closely related to the abnormality of sperm membrane ultrastructure.
