应用放射性131I防治甲状腺癌的研究进展

摘要 目的:总结国内外应用放射性131I防治甲状腺癌的研究进展及趋势。方法:应用PubMed及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"甲状腺癌、131I防治"为关键词,检索相关文献。结果:甲状腺癌并不少见,131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌已由50年历史,国内也有30年历史,疗效已得到公认。结论:本综述旨在总结国内外应用放射性131I防治甲状腺癌的研究进展,包括病理学基础、治疗原理、最佳方案、适应症、禁忌症,为甲状腺癌防治提供依据。
