摘要
目的:观察参麦注射液对急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法:将56例急性缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各28例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参麦注射液,分别于治疗前及治疗后14 d进行神经功能缺损程度和日常生活活动能力评分,并检测患者血清CRP含量变化。结果:治疗后,治疗组卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和血清CRP含量明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),Barthel指数也明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液可降低急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损程度、提高患者日常生活活动能力,其作用机制可能与降低患者血清CRP含量、抑制炎症反应有关。
Objective ： To observe the influence of Ginseng Injection on blood serum C - Reactive Protein （CRP） of patients with a- cute ischemic brain stroke Methods ：56 cases of patients with acute ischemic brain stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,28 in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment;while those in the treatment group were added Ginseng Injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group. 14 days before and after the treat- ment,degree of nervous functional defects and daily life activity capacity were estimated. CRP changes of patients blood serum were tested. Results ： After the treatment, NIHSS score and CRP content in blood serum of the treatment group were obviously lower those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.01 ） ;The Barthel index was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Ginseng Injection can induce degree of nervous functional defects of patients with acute ischemic brain stroke and increase their daily life activity capacity. Its work mechanism has something to do with inducing CPR content of patients＇ blood serum.and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.
