多基准点下多视点云拼接对齐方法的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了探究逆向工程中急需解决的高效高精度坐标转换方法,因此研究了基于多基准点的多视点云对齐技术。通过利用对基准点的滤波以及四元数作为旋转因子的特性,提出了一种新的滤波方法并改进了多视点云拼接方法,实现了多视点云的快速精确拼接。利用该方法对模型车外壳进行反求,分别采用三基准点法和多基准点法对模型车多视点云进行对齐,并得到不同方法下的转换精度,验证了该新方法的高精度性和优越性,同时也证明了三基准点法的不稳定性。 In order to explore the coordinate transformation method of efficient high-precision which needed to be solved urgently in reverse engineering, it studied the registration method of multi-view point clouds based on multi-reference points. A newfiltering method and an improved multi-view point clouds registration method which make the multi-view point clouds "achieved fast and accurately are proposed according to datum point filtering and the characteristic of quaternion as a twiddle factor. With the example of reversing the shell of a toy car, and getting the conversion accuracy of two methods one of which is three reference points and the other is multi-reference points to align point cloud, it can prove to be of high precision and ascendant by such two methods. It also show that the instability of the three reference points method.
