摘要
钢桥面具有变形大、温差大的特点,钢桥面铺装过程中因铺装层与钢面板变形协从性差,易产生一系列病害。通过采用高黏度沥青混合料+浇筑式沥青混合料铺装层、双层反应性树脂撒碎石+溶剂型橡胶沥青黏结剂+橡胶沥青砂胶的防水黏结层方案,成功解决其变形协从性问题。研究成果在上海江宁路桥上得到成功应用,对钢桥面铺装具有一定的借鉴作用。
Due to steel bridge deck large deflection and thermal sensitivity, the poor coordination between pavement surfacing and steel deck always induces a sery of diseases. This paper put forward a new deck pavement scheme: high viscosity modified asphalt mixture plus guss asphalt mixture used as surfacing layer; and chip double reaction resin plus solvent rubber asphalt binder and rubber asphalt mastic used as waterproof bonding layer with +, The research shows that the problem of deformation coordination is successfully resolved and this scheme has been successfully applied in Shanghai Jiangning Road Bridge.
