金刚石刀具银钎焊方法

摘要 为了更好地实现金刚石刀头与刀具基体的连接,并保证一定的结合强度,采用银钎焊方法。银钎料的元素成分和含量、钎焊剂类型和作用、加热设备及感应器形状的选择和温度控制、焊缝尺寸大小和装配间隙、钎焊前的预处理等是获得优质钎焊接头的关键因素。通过对获得的银钎焊接头进行试验分析和公式应力计算及无损检测等金刚石刀具银钎焊方法的可靠性评估,结果达到并满足了金刚石刀具的切削强度要求。有效预防或避免了钎焊接头的缺陷产生,从而获得了优质的钎焊接头,保证并延长金刚石刀具的使用寿命。 In order to achieve a better joint between the diamond cutter bit and cutting tool substrate and ensure the bonding strength, the silver brazing method is adopted currently. In the process of silver blazing, the components and the content of silver solders, the form and role of the brazing flux, the choice of the shape of heating equipments or inductor and the control of temperature, the size of weld joint and assembling clearance and the pretreatment before brazing are the key factors to obtain the high quality brazed joint. The silver solder joint obtained by this method carries on experi- mental analysis or stress formula calculation or nondestructive testing to evaluate the reliability of sil- ver brazing method of diamond cutters. Finally, the results meet the demand of cutting hardness, prevent or avoid the brazed joints defects effectively, obtain the high-quality brazed joint and ensure or extend the lifespan of diamond cutters.
