摘要
研究了木犀科两种不同属植物挥发物组成和相对含量,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析了紫丁香叶和迎春花叶的挥发性成分.结果表明:两种植物挥发油共有成分9种,包括青叶醇、5-乙烯基-2-降冰片烯、乙酸叶醇酯、芳樟醇、脱氢二氢-β-紫罗兰酮、檀香醇、3-十四烯、匙叶桉油烯醇、α-香柠檬醇,各占总相对含量的68.74%和80.0%.
To study the chemical components and relative content of volatile oils in two oleaceae plants. The oils were analyzed and identified by GC-MS. The results show that 9 kinds of common components were detected in two plants. They were 3-Hexenol, 5-Vinylnorbornene, 3-Hexenolacetate, Linolool, 4-( 2, 6, 6- Trimethylcyclohexa-1,3-dienyl) butan-2-one,Santalol,3-Tetradecyne,Spathulenol,Bergamotol,68.74% of the total relative content in Syringa Oblata Lindl. leaf and 80. 0% of the total relative content in Jasminum nudiflorum Lindl. leaf.
