摘要
本文指出,TPP对美国战略利益极其重要,是奥巴马政府贸易政策的压舱石;重点分析了TPP对中国战略利益的影响,包括创建"内部市场"、实施"去中国化"的影响,对中国经济增长和经济体制的影响,对亚太区域一体化和多边贸易体制及国际贸易规则的影响;提出了中国应获取新一轮开放红利,主动与新多边"公平贸易"规则接轨,在高标准框架下加快自贸区建设,推动RCEP和TPP互通互联的建议。
This paper points out the importance of TPP for the strategic interests of the United States. It analyzes the impacts of TPP on China's strategic interests,including the impact on China's economic growth and economic system,and also the impact on Asia-pacific regional integration and the multilateral trading system. It proposes that China should get a new round of opening bonus,new multilateral initiative and 'fair trade'rules of integration,and accelerate the construction of free trade zones in a high-standard framework to promote interconnection recommend RCEP and TPP.
