摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校学生实践性教学环节的重要组成部分,在专业人才培养中起着不可代替的作用。本文深入分析了顶岗实习中存在的主要问题,针对存在的问题从校企合作方式、实践教学管理、实习岗位选择、加强素质教育四个方面提出了有效的解决措施。
Post practice is an important part of practical teaching links in higher vocational college, It can not be replaced by others in the professional talents training. This thesis analyzes the main problems existing in post practice, puts forward the effective countermeasures from four aspects, which are the methods of school-enterprise cooperation, practice teaching management, internship post selection, strengthened quality education.
