卵石型透水混凝土专用复合型添加剂的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以超细粉煤灰为载体,通过复合硅灰、锂渣、高分子增稠剂等多种材料,研制出一种卵石型透水混凝土专用复合型添加剂W。在此基础上,以C20卵石型透水混凝土为研究对象,对比评价复合型添加剂W的性能。结果表明,掺入复合型添加剂W的卵石型透水混凝土拌合物包裹性好,粗骨料(卵石)完全不裸露,混凝土匀质性良好,孔隙率为16%,透水系数为2.3 mm/s,28 d抗折、抗压强度分别为4.3、29.2 MPa,该混凝土具有良好的施工性能、透水性能及力学性能,满足工程施工要求。 Taking ultra-fine fly ash as carrier, a kind of complex additive (W) for pebble pervious concrete has been success- fully development by adding silica fume,lithium slag, polymeric thickener, the performance of complex additive (W) was compared and evaluated base on C20 pebble pervious concrete. Results show that,C20 pebble pervious concrete mixture mix in complex ad- ditive (W) with good homogeneity, coarse aggregate (pebble) was completely wrapped up, the porosity of the concrete was 16%, per- meability coefficient was 2.3 mm/s,28 d flexural strength and compression strength was 4.3 MPa and 29.2 MPa. The concrete with good workability,permeability and mechanical properties could completely meet the requirements of engineering construction.
