摘要 对于多齿差摆线齿轮泵流量脉动系数的计算方法,由于其影响因素众多,求解复杂,给实际工程应用带来困难。通过对多齿差摆线齿轮及圆弧齿轮啮合原理的研究,提出了一种较为精确的求解流量脉动不均匀系数的方法,并通过正交试验,分析了各参数对流量脉动系数影响的显著性程度,为设计低流量脉动的多齿差摆线圆弧齿轮泵过程中的参数的选择提供理论依据。 It was hard to calculate the flow pulsation of cycloidal gear pump with muti-teeth difference, because of numerous and complex influence factors, so the great difficulty was taken to practical engineering application. Through the study of meshing theory of the cycIoidal gear with muhi-tooth number difference, an accurate method to solve flow pulsation of uneven factors was put forward, at the same time, the significant degree of influence of various parameters to the flow pulsation was analyzed through Orthogonal experi- mental method. Those studies provide a theoretical basis for choosing of parameters in the design process of low flow pulsation cycioidal gear pump with muti-tooth number difference.
