摘要 研究了以浮选-重选-浮选工艺流程分选黄铁矿的可行性,确定了旋流器分选黄铁矿的最佳参数和旋流器溢流浮选的最优条件。研究表明:使用旋流器处理浮选得到的粗选精矿,在合适的参数配置下,旋流器沉砂硫品位大于46.5%,成为合格精矿;微细粒的旋流器溢流经过一粗一精两次浮选,也能得到硫品位大于47%的精矿;两种精矿混合,即可得到单一的高品位硫精矿产品。本流程不仅极大地提高了分选效率,同时因为旋流器能耗低、无需用药剂等特点,使得生产成本得到有效控制。 The feasibility of a flowsheet consisting of three sequential processes, namely, the first-stage of flotation, a gravity separation and the secondary-stage of flotation, to separate pyrite was studied, with parameters for pyrite beneficiation with hydrocyclones and optimal conditions for flotation of hydrocyclone overflow determined. Results show that after the roughing concentrate from the first-stage of flotation was treated using hydrocyclones with suitable parameters, the underflow was collected as a qualified sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade over 46.5%, while the microfine overflow was subjected to a further flotation with one stage of roughing and one stage of cleaning, also resulting in a sulfur concentrate with a sulfur grade over 47%. As a result, a high quality sulfur concentrate was prepared by mixing the aforementioned two concentrates. This flowsheet can not only greatly improve separation efficiency, but also realize an effective control in the production cost due to the features of low energy consuming and reagent free in the gravity separation with hydrocyclones.
