摘要
针对内蒙古某电厂循环冷却水中的异养菌进行了模拟杀菌实验。实验采用非均匀横向脉冲磁场、脉冲方波,在方波频率1 000 Hz、输出电压10 V、水温30℃、流量170 L/h条件下测定不同占空比的杀菌率。当循环冷却水做切割磁力线流动时,不同占空比对水中异养菌的杀菌效果不同,占空比为50%时杀菌率最好,为84.6%;10%的低占空比和90%的高占空比下杀菌率曲线出现正负波动,表明不同占空比的脉冲方波会影响异养菌细胞的正常生理功能。
Bactericidal experiments on heterotrophic bacteria in circulating cooling water of a power plant in Inner Mongolia have been carried out. The sterilizing rates of different dutyfactors have been determined by using inhomogeneous transverse pulsed magnetic field and pulse square wave,when the square wave frequency is 1 000 Hz, output voltage 10 V,water temperature 30 ℃, and flow rate 170 L/h. While the circulating cooling water is flowing according to cutting magnetic lines, different dutyfactors have different sterilizing effect on heterotrophic bacteria in water. The best sterilizing rate (84.6%) can be obtained, when dutyfactor is 50%. The sterilization rate curve has positive and negative fluctuations under the conditions of low dutyfactor 10% and high dutyfactor 90%. It indicates that pulse square wave of different dutyfactor can affect the normal physiological function of heterotrophic bacteria cells.
